APPLICATIONS
To enroll, please fill out and sign the application form. Due to the limited number of spaces available for each program, enrollment requires full payment two months in advance. Enrollment confirmation and an information package, including full details on accommodations, local transportation, weather conditions, as well as the detailed program schedule, will be sent to you within two weeks of application receipt.
TRAVEL
Program costs cover all program-related group travel and transfers. Airport or train-station transfers to program location, and international or nation-wide travel related to program sequencing are not included.
HEALTH INSURANCE
Medical insurance is mandatory. Participants may choose personal or family policies.
FINANCIAL INFORMATIONS
Program costs include tuition, book fees and full-day field trips. Airfare is not included.
Payments may be made in two installments - Cancellation / Reimbursement Policy.
