PARTICIPANT PROFILE
Privileged Moment programs are designed for adults age 30 or over, able to walk unassisted for two consecutive hours (stairs, hills, unleveled surfaces) and willing to respect cultural differences by adapting their behavior in keeping with the local setting.

BASIC ITINERARY
Privileged Moment programs follow a basic outline, enabling participants to easily create a personalized itinerary and discover some of the most exceptional facets of France by combining one, two or three weeks in one trip. Programs are entirely adapted to your special interests and requirements.
ACCOMMODATIONS AND MEALS
Unless otherwise specified, program costs include accommodations in three or four star hotels (single occupancy), and demi-pension (breakfast buffet and one additional main meal daily.)
TRAVEL
Program costs cover all program-related group travel and transfers. Airport or train-station transfers to program location, and international or nation-wide travel related to program sequencing are not included.
HEALTH INSURANCE
Medical insurance is mandatory. Participants may choose personal or family policies.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Enrollment requires full payment two months in advance. In case of cancellation, the following cancellation charges will be applied.
The remainder of fees paid will be reimbursed within two weeks of the cancellation date. Cancellation received on weekends will be calculated on the basis of the following Monday.
